Yacht Registration
Over the years we have registered over 2,500 yachts for all types of owners. We know the peculiarities and nuances of each flag state inside out and have excellent working relationships with each of the Ships Registry offices in those flag states.
Our aim is to recommend where best to register a yacht given the vessels VAT status, type of owner, the owner’s operational and cruising plans. We oversee the whole registration process resulting in the delivery of the Certificate of Registry and all other relevant documents.

A combination of jurisdictions for company and port of registry may be used depending on:
- nationality of owner
- residency of owner
- VAT status of the vessel
- geographical area and specific country of use
- new or second-hand vessel
- private pleasure or charter use
- length of yacht
- tonnage of yacht
Documentary requirements and fees differ at each port of registry and will need to be quoted for on a case-by-case basis.
