The Crew Portal is a complimentary platform that gives all crew, that are employed by a company administered by Sarnia Yachts, their own individual access using unique and secure credentials. This Portal will allow them to view and update their personal data, ranging from their contact details, next of kin, bank details and more. Additionally, they have the ability to view, download and update their qualifications and documents when they are renewed, with a calendar feature to help them plan their renewals.
The idea of this Crew Portal is to take away the burden from the Captain so they can concentrate on offering the best service to the client rather than getting bogged down with paperwork!
