Our Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) compliant Seafarers Employment Agreements (SEAs) refer to a number of additional documents that directly affect the seafarer’s contractual rights, obligations and working conditions. 

All commercial vessels are obliged to make these documents accessible to the crew on board at all times, either in the crew mess or via some other internal library. Sarnia Yachts can collate a bound folder containing the required documents for any vessel operating commercially. We can also arrange an online document library which can be accessed via laptop, mobile or tablet.
